This project is to raise awareness about how Asian parents neglect the emotional aspect of children upbringing, and how emotionally unhealthy it is for children. By speaking from children's point of view, it hopes to help and encourage children to speak up about what they are going through emotionally, due to the words and actions of parents. Different products are sold to achieve the objective to raise awareness, guide and encourage parents and children to show love better to each other, therefore lead to deeper emotional intimacy and closer bond. The ultimate goal is to help redefine and rebuild healthier relationships between parents and children.

The main group of target audience are young adults and modern generation.
Youthful, Modern, Contemporary
Zepto is a modern generation contemporary delivery company.
The lightning element within the main logo is because the brand name “Zepto” is inspired by zeptosecond, which is the unit of measurement for the speed of light. The 3 lines that replaces the alphabet E serves as a visual identity for the brand and symbolises stacked up boxes.
The logos have a design system that is flexible, so that the logos can adapt to different formats, platforms and mediums. A series of secondary logos are designed to keep the brand interesting by not using the main logo repeatedly.
Different colour on the backside is used to differentiate between customer and admin use name cards. The pink background is used on the customer name card as it can attract more attention due to the unique striking colours and blue background is used on the admin name card to look more professional.
A set of pictograms are designed for signage and the way-finding sign to look consistent and interesting throughout Zepto building. Pictograms are designed to look modern and contemporary.
Directory layout is designed to be very organised and clear so that there will be no miscommunication. A clear layout will also help the customers understand the directory better in a shorter amount of time.
The pink colour is used to paint brand visuals, motifs, icons on walls and stairs to add fun elements and details to the building. It will also make the building feel more friendly to the customers.
Service / Product
Service Component - Packaging Tape
Due to how Zepto’s services work, the delivered item can be either packed by the customers or packed by Zepto company. This duct tape is designed so that it can be used to seal both types of packaging before delivering.
Service Component - Delivery Labelling Sticker
Delivery labelling is designed with the same concept, with the flexibility to be placed on the customer’s own packaging or Zepto’s packaging. This component is to indicate that it is delivered by Zepto and contain all the details needed.
Product Component - Prepaid envelope and box packaging
Prepaid packaging envelopes and boxes are designed so customers can purchase them from Zepto beforehand to pack their things for delivery. There will be two different sizes and two designs are for product differentiation.
Admin Formal Wear
It is designed to be very minimal and clean-cut, therefore it only has the main logo on the left side. To add an interesting component, the formal wear will come with an enamel pin.
Admin Casual Wear
The graphics and design of this casual wear are inspired by streetwear design. It is designed to suit a newer generation, moving away from traditional shirt designs and moving away from the mindset that Admin workers can only wear formal.
ZeptoPartners are the people who are working with ZeptoExpress to deliver the parcels.
The lanyard and tag utilize brand colours to stand out when it is worn with any clothing. The staff and visitor’s tag is differentiated with background colours so they can be seen from afar.
The enamel pin is designed from the brand symbol for Zepto. Other than wearing it with the formal collar shirt, it can also be a separate element by itself. It can be used to pin on any other clothing.
The app is designed to be edgy and straight to the point. Any unnecessary element is removed to make sure that the design is clean-cut and easy to use without much distraction. Typography is used to achieve the contemporary look and feel to match the brand.
The welcome kit is designed for ZeptoPartners when they decided to work for Zepto. As Zepto is constantly advertising to encourage more people to be ZeptoPartners, this welcome kit can help attract people. The welcome kit will be including a ZeptoPartner T-shirt, an enamel pin and also a bag, a bottle and stickers and gift card. Items are designed to be ZeptoPartner friendly.
Advertising that is seen on day and night time. The visual communication is mainly trying to achieve a styling that is fashionable, loud and modern so that the target audience, young adult and modern generation will be interested.
A flag is designed to advertise Zepto, moving away from the traditional mindset of advertising. It can be used whenever there is a Zepto event. Event counter is designed to catch the attention of passersby and made sure that the design elements are not repeated throughout the whole space.
A mineral water bottle that will be given out to people when they approach the Zepto event counter.
